Privacy

What we keep, and who sees it.

This is a small club site, not a data business. We do not sell anything, and we do not run adverts or analytics.

If you join

We store the name you choose, your email, a hashed password, an optional phone number, an emergency contact, the pace you pick, an optional About me line, and an optional private note. The private note, phone, email, and emergency contact are for the organiser. Other members see your name, pace, About me, and the month you joined.

Run logs are yours. They appear on the shared board only if you tick share. Forum posts are visible to approved members.

If you write in

The contact form stores your name, email, message, the time, and the connection address, so we can spot a flood of junk. The organiser sees it. It is not published.

Cookies

The site sets one session cookie, called nunny, so the members area can stay logged in. It is not used for tracking. There is no other cookie.

Removing it

Ask via the contact form and the organiser can refuse the login, which stops access, and can delete a message. Forum posts you already wrote can be removed by a moderator. Say clearly what you want gone.
